Open Access Policy and Copyright

The journal provides immediate open access to its content following the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Full-text access to scientific articles of the journal is presented on the official website in the Archives section.

This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access. The licensing policy is compatible with the overwhelming majority of open access and archiving policies.

Copyright

Authors who publish their materials in the journal "Scientific Bulletin of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs" agree to the following terms:

Copyright for published articles is reserved by the authors.

Authors grant the journal editorial office the right of first publication of the article and the right to distribute it in open access on the official website of the journal.

Published materials are distributed in accordance with the terms of the license Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).

Under the terms of this license, you are permitted to:

- read, download and print the journal materials;

- copy and distribute the materials in any format;

- adapt, modify and use the materials for scientific, educational or other purposes.

In this case, it is mandatory to indicate the authorship and reference to the source of the publication.

The authors guarantee that:

- the submitted material is original scientific research;

- the article does not infringe the copyrights of third parties;

- all borrowings are properly documented in the text.

Submission of a manuscript to the editorial office signifies the author's agreement with the terms of publication and use of materials specified in the journal's policy.

 

Archiving policy

The journal "Scientific Bulletin of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs" ensures long-term preservation and accessibility of published materials in accordance with international standards of electronic scientific publishing.

In this case, it is mandatory to indicate a full bibliographic description of the publication and a link to the official website of the journal.

The editorial board of the journal strives to ensure reliable preservation, long-term access and dissemination of scientific results published in the publication.

 

Open Data Policy

The journal encourages authors to deposit all data supporting the results of their research in open repositories (institutional, national, or international), in line with FAIR principles. A DOI or other persistent data identifier should be provided in the article metadata and/or in the Data Availability section.
