The aim of the journal is to cover current issues of state and law, law enforcement activities, as well as problems of legal education and training of personnel for law enforcement agencies.

Objectives of the journal

The main objectives of the journal are:

  • to publish the results of research findings in the field of law and related disciplines;
  • to disseminate the results of dissertation research;
  • to promote contemporary achievements in legal science;
  • to facilitate the exchange of scientific and practical experience in the fields of jurisprudence, legal education, and law enforcement activities;
  • to discuss current draft laws and issues of legal regulation;
  • to inform the scholarly community about events in academic life (reviews and critiques, profiles of scholars, dissertation defenses, new legal publications, conferences, seminars, competitions, and other academic events).

Scope and target audience. The scope and readership of the journal include scholars, postgraduate, postdoctoral and undergraduate students, academic staff, employees of research institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and other central executive authorities, as well as practitioners of law enforcement agencies in Ukraine and abroad.
