Abstract

The article is sanctified to the questions of maintenance of the legal modes of the passport system and registration in the zone of anti-terror operation. In the article marked, that the legal modes of the passport system and registration are a legal form of functioning of legal relationships, that is folded in the field of providing of citizens documents by means of that the face of proprietor makes sure and citizenship and realization are confirmed by them rights on freedom of movement and free choice of residence in the zone of anti-terror operation. The legal mode has a specific goal and task, needs the "special forms of the legal adjusting and specific to the method of influence and legal tool for the organization". The legal mode is directly related to the management and adjusting. He is sent to creation of the most favorable terms for development of certain public relations, on their arrangement, settlement, good organization, protecting from violations and negative tendencies. The concrete kit of legal resources in the legal mode depends on character and maintenance of certain public relations, aim and tasks of the legal mode.
