METHODS OF TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT AS AN INTEGRAL PART OF MEASURES FOR SAFE MOVEMENT ON ROADS

The article analyzes some methods to process traffic management in Ukraine. The key issue is to study together the means and methods by which realized the goals, objectives and functions of ensuring safe traffic and conversion powers today of state functioning within the system in such structures, which will make it possible to reduce the accident rate in society and minimize harmful effects on imperfect use of sources of increased danger. We analyze these organizational methods system of road safety: the method of orders, method of interaction method of coordination and inspection method. Listed us analysis methods of organization of the road is not exhaustive, as there are other methods, though deprived of the legal membrane, however they can be attributed to the specified group. However, mastering them actors in this field and skillful, integrated application will not only improve the aforementioned methods of organization, but also to search for new, more more effective. The subjects of organization of spatial move on the roads you need to follow these methods of organization that will achieve the following goals:-to ensure the proper level of training participants in road traffic; -raising the level of the technical condition of vehicles; -improvement of the road network; -improvement of the process of providing medical assistance to the victims in the accident. Organization of traffic as the activity is a complex object of research and management, a complex engineering and organizational measures on the road network in the security of the participants in the movement, the optimal speed and ease of movement of vehicles. The activities of the services the organization movement (appropriate units of the national police, road maintenance and other organizations) aims to simplify orientation of drivers on the route, to help them choose the optimal speed, create conditions for the safe passage of vehicles, take care of the safety of all participants in road traffic.
